Treatment
* CCA pressure treatment is carried out at the Sawmill to SABS standards.
* All timber, except floors are CCA impregnated, ensuring a 20 year life expectancy
* CCA permanently protects against white ants, wood borer and dry rot.
* Exterior is painted with an oil preservative to protect the timber against UV rays.
